做法﹕
1. | 魚排擦乾後兩面撒上鹽。盤上放兩支筷子,將魚放在筷子上。魚上撒上薑絲,再淋上蔭樹子和其醬汁。 |
2. | 蒸籠水燒滾。魚放進蒸籠裡用大火蒸10分鐘。蒸好後抽出筷子,將底部醬汁淋在魚上。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Dry the fish with paper towels. Season both sides of the fish with salt. Put two chopsticks on a plate and place the fish on top of them. Sprinkle with the ginger juliennes, the pickled manjack fruit and its juice. |
2. | Bring the water in the steamer to a boil. Steam the fish in high heat for 10 minutes. Remove the plate and take out the chopsticks. Spoon the sauce on the plate over the fish. |
